My go-to cake recipe it’s easy and delicious!
Mississippi Mudcake (With my Sugar free GF adjustments)
1 ½ Cup Water
6 squares of bakers nonsweetened chocolate (used to be 3 squares but they recently changed the size)
2 C Flour ( I used red mill’s gluten free flour)
2 Cup Sugar (I used 1½ C maple syrup instead)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda (if using maple syrup increase to 1 ½ tsp baking soda)
1 stick of butter
melt chocolate in water.
Combine dry ingredients mix
add butter, eggs, sugar (or maple syrup) mix
add melted choc combine.
Pour in greased pan bake at 325º bake 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
